How does the process work?

Every relationship begins with a phone call. Our team will listen to your needs and, if Personalized Healthcare Navigation is the right fit for you, we will schedule an Initial Assessment. Following the assessment, clients receive a detailed summary of personalized recommendations and action plan. Clients may choose to implement these recommendations independently or collaborate with our team to ensure the most efficient and effective execution. (The majority of our clients choose to partner with us!)

 

We offer both short-term engagements focused on achieving specific objectives and ongoing, retainer-based partnerships for continued support.

 

Our services are currently available on a private pay basis.
