Neely Cotten, a Nashville local and North Carolina native, is the founder and CEO of Compass Health Resources.
During Neely Cotten’s 15 years of clinical experience as a nurse practitioner, she has developed a deep passion for helping patients identify and achieve their healthcare goals. Neely believes that every client is a person — not a checklist — and approaches care with compassion, respect, and genuine connection. At CHR, it is the goal of every interaction that clients feel heard, valued, and supported by care plans rooted in both their individual goals and a clear understanding of medical realities.
